Knights as Traffic "Cops"
Sunday, October 4, 2009

Several Knights formed the core of the traffic control needs for a special Mass for our friend, former pastor and newly ordained Auxiliary Bishop Louis Zarama. It was clear to all that if the Knights had not stepped up, the parking situation would have been sheer pandemonium. Way to go Brothers!

Golf Tournament
Tuesday, October 13, 2009

The annual Golf Tournament was held again at the Orchard Golf Course. Twelve groups of players competed in a round of golf with before-play lunch and after-play raffle prizes. The competition included hole-in-one, longest-drive, and closest-to-the-pin contests. This is the primary fundraising event for our council. It provides funding throughout the year for charitable giving and other programs.

Pancake Breakfasts
Sunday, November 15, 2009

Several times during the year the Knights put on Pancake Breakfasts for the Parish. It is a great opportunity to offer service to the Parish and encourage a mutually supportive relationship between Parish and Council.
